Well Annabelle has had a few weeks of ballet, and finally she doesn't cry when she has to walk in the room. I have to literally push her in the room and shut the door, because she seems to say "no, never mind momma...I want to go home"...but has a blast once involved. Everyone says it is for attention, but it is still hard to just close the door behind me! The funny thing is she will talk about ballerina twirls, about tu-tu's, dancing etc., the whole week, & on the way there, but then change her mind! But she is all smiles when I pick her up...so I know she has fun.
Connor is taking an acting class in San Bruno, CA for 6 weeks (we finish Oct.25 &26) and is loving it! He is such a creative exaggerated child, that this is fitting him perfectly! He has the choice to pursue commercials, T.V. auditions, print ads. (etc.), once he is all done with his 6 week course, but we are taking it one step at a time! We are fortunate that his Great-Grandma Glenda lives about 5 minutes away from where the classes are held, and she has been an amazing host for us on the weekends. (His classes are 10am-12:30, Sat. & Sun.) It's so nice to be able to spend some time with her, and her with the kids, on a regular basis!
Karlie and I have been able to spend some much needed one on one while down south for Connor's classes, and I love every second...she is just growing so quickly! My mom is an angel to stay with the kids (and Troy) to help out while I am gone. Don't think I could do anything without her, she is such a blessing!
The twins have been fighting a nasty virus, so we are in the healing process with them, I am sooo ready for a healthy household! I came down with an awful flu, and have yet to get completly rested :) But fall is here and we are all bound to come down with something ;(
Potty training slowly creaping in and is on the horizon...so to ME. that is a BIG deal!
Troy was able to take Anna fishing in the bay once and she LOVED it...even caught a fish with her daddy and her Papa (Dennis). But her favorite part was to drive the boat! And now he is ready for hunting season! He has gone once and is planning on going tomorrow with his Grandpa Reco. His big trip to Colorado is coming up right before Halloween... so he is doing his "Big Buck Dance" daily! (Such a power to positive thought! )
I am going to Weaverville in a couple of weeks for my scrapbooking trip, and am looking forward to getting away, and getting LOTS acomplished!
Well that's about it for tonight! More soon :)

Playtime
Anna and the twins were outside the other day eating Popsicles, they were just a mess, but as cool as childhood is...it just didn't matter!
Sophie and Olivia (for reference...we call her LuLu, most of the time!) just love their baby dolls, this day, Soph refused to eat without her baby doll on her tray! Hey...you pick your battles as a mom, and this is one that I didn't care to fight!
Some recent pcitures
It's been a while...!
Hello everyone! I hope your summer was a great one, and the new school year is off to a nice start. A quick brief: Karlie (6th grade) & Connor (3rd grade) both started back at Hydesville Elementary, and although they both still miss Redway School, this year was a much easier start then last year, as "the new kids". The are both excelling in school, and we couldn't be prouder! Annabelle started ballet, which has been a rocky start, however we have reached a point where we have a nice routine going! The twins are both just as cute and fun as the rest of em' have been at this age! Olivia is talking so much, it's unreal. Sophie is quieter in words, but makes up for it in action! Halloween is coming up and the kids are as excited as they are every year, with Connor leading the pack. They have all changed their minds 10 times already, and will probably change 10 more by the end of the month! Connor is taking an acting class in San Bruno on the weekends (till the end of October), and is having a ball! It fits his personality to a 'T'. My annual scrapbooking trip is coming up at the end of the month as well, and Troy is preparing to go to Colorado and hunt. Life is just carrying on fine in our neck of the woods, hope all is well with everyone. I will try and get better about coming on and keeping you informed with up to the date pictures. The kids are changing so quick, it scares us! Happy October everyone!

Valentines Day
Troy and I went out to dinner last night for Valentines Day.
We went to a place in Ferndale...Le Petite Maison...it was so good! Karlie, Connor and Annabelle had there Valentines Day parties at their schools, which resulted in way too much candy! Anyhow, hope all is well with everyone!

This could be cool
This is a new thing for me, the blogging world. But I hear about blogging on every web site, every digital anything... I guess now is the time to get started in the 2008. Our kids are getting so big, the twins just turned one and Anna is getting ready for her Princess party for her third birthday at the end of February. Connor is almost eight and Karlie, much to my surprise is getting ready to turn eleven in May. Eleven...I say that to myself and am so stunned...where has the time gone? She used to crawl around and then sit on her knees and say "Bato, Bato, Bato", over and over and over. We still don't know what that ever ment! These memories are precious, I wish that I had kept better written memories and not just those on film. But, there is no better time like the present! I hope that I can keep up with this blogging thing and as a result, keep everyone in touch with our lives here in Fortuna. I hope that everyone is well... more soon! ~Chloe
